These terms apply to the WoodworkerHQ prelaunch website and early-access experience.
Operator
WoodworkerHQ is operated by ECOM MOGUL LLC. By using this prelaunch website, you agree to these terms.
Prelaunch service
WoodworkerHQ is currently in development. The prelaunch site is provided to explain the product and let interested people request early-access, beta and launch updates. Joining the list does not guarantee beta access, a launch date, a particular feature or continued availability of any previewed functionality.
No marketplace transaction on this site
The prelaunch website does not process woodworking orders, buyer and seller payments, delivery arrangements or marketplace transactions. WoodworkerHQ is being designed primarily as a discovery and connection platform.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security controls, submit automated abusive traffic, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The WoodworkerHQ name, site design, original content and related materials are owned by or licensed to ECOM MOGUL LLC unless stated otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.
Third-party services
The site may depend on third-party infrastructure or contain links to third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices, and WoodworkerHQ does not control their separate services.
Availability and warranties
The prelaunch site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ECOM MOGUL LLC does not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available, and disclaims warranties that cannot reasonably apply to a changing prelaunch service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ECOM MOGUL LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of this prelaunch website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update the prelaunch site and these terms as WoodworkerHQ develops. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date above.
